  This is my experience living here. If you want to be lied to by the new management company then live here. If you want to wait over a week for a maintenance request of dishwasher leaking everywhere then live here. If you like bugs live here. If you like your hallway filthy live here. If you like bird nest in your vents then live here.I will attach pictures for viewing. They have completely let these apartments go down hill. The New Management has done nothing to improve the situation. It’s actually worse than the previous management.

  The best move-in experience! Staff is very courteous and everything felt very professional. The apartments are very nice and comfortable. Will update with another review after we see how it goes!

  I’ve lived in this apartment complex for nearly three years. When I moved in back in 2023, the property was well maintained and felt like a great place to live. Unfortunately, over the past two years, the overall quality of the complex has gone downhill. The smell of marijuana throughout the buildings is overwhelming. One particular incident that really crossed the line was when someone in the corner unit on the first floor blew smoke directly into my child’s face from their balcony. The elevators constantly reek of it as well. Management has done nothing meaningful to address the issue — they just send out occasional warning letters with no real enforcement. If you don’t smoke marijuana don’t move here! The front office staff are often rude and argumentative when concerns are brought up. The pool was cloudy and poorly maintained for much of the summer. Parking rules are not enforced, and people park wherever they want. There’s dog waste all over the property, and dogs are frequently off-leash, despite management claiming they’ve addressed it. What was once a clean and welcoming place has become poorly managed and unpleasant to live in. I can no longer recommend this complex to anyone.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would . The manager is ridiculous her sarcastic attitude was terrible , snobby and unhelpful. I want to start off by saying this rental property will rob you blind . They will charge you extra fees leaving and lie about the situation first I would like to say we never smoked in out apt we had a baby, we'll they charged us for smoking charged us for carpet replacement all together my final bill was $5485 which is ridiculous never had anything like this happen always got my security deposit back but they will weasel everything plus more. They will charge ypu for dog poop which thyre is dope poop through out the property the mold is ridiculous we changed our filters every month but somehow our vent stayed with mold and our clothes would have mold and our bread and cakes would mold within two days if you have any allergies dont come here they paint over the mold and consider that sanitary the whole time I couldn't stop sneezing even went to the hospital for breathing issues I plan on going to court to handle this situation . Theyre policies are all about charging ypu extra. Maintenence crew was nice but obviously big issues this company is very nasty and the manager is the nastiest to deal with dont live here Our car was broken into twice cameras at the front office dont work someone also vandalized my mustang asked for cameras after the breaking occurred and they never fixed them this is a horrible company 😢 sad its so pretty that says luxury with cheap appliances in the apts its a total rip off. Now they act like they care responding to my review it should of been tooken care of when we lived there and im done with company at this point
