This apartment complex is full of BS. If your thinking about moving here please dont. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. When the moved me in the cabinet in the kitchen or bathroom didnt have doors or drawers. They never fixed the garbage disposal when multiple work orders were put in. They can to install ceiling fans as a courtesy for the apartment not have the drawers or cabinet doors nd it kept tripping the electricity in the main bed room and when it was time for them to fix it they lied and said that they did not put the original one up. But switched it out to the exact same ceiling fan they took dwn.. So again if yu plan on moving here for the price they asking trust me its not worth it....

This is my first time renting an apartment and the process was extremely smooth. Everyone in the office was on point, especially Ariel Walker, who was a huge help! If you’re looking for reasonably priced apartments and great customer service I would highly reccomend this apartment complex!

I’ve really enjoyed living at these apartments. The community is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. There’s no late-night activity or people hanging around, which I really appreciate. While there aren’t any parks in the complex, a lot of families with kids live here, and it still feels like a friendly, family-oriented environment. My kids absolutely love the pool. It’s clean, well-maintained, and a great spot for them to have fun. Another big plus is the parking. There are tons of parking spaces, so it’s never a hassle to find a spot, even when guests visit. The team that works here is amazing. Aisha, Z, and the maintenance men are all great—super friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something comes up. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and welcoming community.

This complex has slipped immensely over the last few years. The management team is less than responsive and the complex is constantly dirty. Maintenance requests go unanswered or excuses away. Trash issues are constant. The only positive is the insides of the apartments are nice if you can navigate past the trash, bugs, and dirt. This complex could be very nice if the management team was more engaged.
