- VTVanessa TerrySep 7, 20251.0This building is infested with knats and roaches. The trash compactor is broken. We have only one elevator working for 92 apartments. Some of the residents have had no working air conditioning all summer. The mold is making a lot of people sick. We have voiced our concerns and nothing is being done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

In these few months from what I've observed I can say the she has performed her duties and responsibilities exceptionally well; she has demonstrated true leadership in restoring and perfecting our complex with her communication and interpersonal skills, time-management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Even though we have had some challenges here, she has not been intimidated or discouraged - she attacks and solves problems either from her desk or by getting her hands dirty by making repairs, etc. herself, to include performing and completing work orders. As a resident, I feel confident that under her leadership and with the support of corporate, our complex will truly be healthy, habitable, presentable, and operational!!
