  My original appointment was with ms. Kaila however she was busy with another client. So I ended up with the yt lady (can’t remember her name). She was very passive, gave great info but constantly over talked me. I didn’t have a chance. lol the property and units are beautiful though.

  I have been living here for over three months. I love it here. It’s super safe super clean the management and the team is like family, Randy and Kaila and Leeanne ! I have no pest control issues. I was worried about that and nothing they have all different kind of apartments here one bedroom two bedroom duplexes. It’s beautiful here. It’s so peaceful. The pools are gorgeous. The gym is 24 hours and super clean the clubhouse they even decorate for holidays. I am so in love with this place. I really love it. I plan to live here for the next 2 1/2 years that’s how much I love it here. It’s right next to the Greenbrier Primary school so I could walk my daughter to school every morning. It’s so perfect if you’re looking for a community to live in Greenbrier, this is the one look no further.

  We stayed here while we were waiting on construction for our forever home. And it was amazing! The apartment are so beautiful and the landscaping is always done and maintenance never takes long. I really enjoyed our stay here even if it was short it really was a beautiful place to stay. I even escaped to the clubhouse to complete work and it was so clean and well kept. Thank you maintenance and office staff! We are said to go but we are so grateful!!!! Also their prices are amazing compared to other apartment complexes. Highly recommend!

  Speaking with Kaila today was an absolute pleasure and a breath of fresh air from beginning to end. The journey to finding my family a new home has been extremely draining and a difficult process. My experience with Kaila gave me hope again where it was lost. I pray that this young lady is prosperous in all her future endeavors! The property is beautiful and I pray that Fenwyck Manor will be our new home! I have come back to update my review after my ongoing experience with Kaila Usher. At this time I am unable to call Fenwyck my new home and that is alright with me. I believe that God has something better in store. However, I wanted to give an update on my experience over the past couple of weeks. I believe a company should be more concerned with a person's CHARACTER than their qualifications, creditials or a background check. All those things will get you the job offer/position but character will keep you there! Anyone can look good on paper but their true self is in their character. Kindly put, my initial experience with Kaila was great! However, as weeks went past my initial impression of her has drastically changed. All I am going to state is that integrity, respect and character will take you places and open doors that no one can shut! Fenwyck Manor PLEASE be more advised about the people you choose to employ! There are a lot of wolves in sheep's clothing! Respectfully!!

  Me and my Fiancée moved in at the beginning of the month and I must say the experience has been great. We went on a tour of the facility with Kaila, the leasing consultant and she told us to come on home. It made us feel confident in our decision and she makes you feel like family. Don’t get it twisted, the staff is amazing as well. Thank you Kaila and the Fenwyck Manor Family. We really appreciate it!
