The meantime, they’ve been wonderful and responsive to all our maintenance request in an expeditious manner. I highly recommend woodgate. Five stars!

The rent prices increased drastically, while routine maintenance became a thing of the past. Lackluster communication which involved people entering our apartment without our knowledge or permission. Unmarked and random vehicles are constantly on grounds doing various remodeling and other work on property.
