- HMHelen MortonApr 26, 20241.0I've lived in this apartment complex almost 4 yrs now and it has gone down considerably with the new owners of the property (Red tail Management) obtaining the property about 2 yrs. ago. The property manager Fran has been very rude, nasty and unprofessional to me on several occasions!! My rent this renewal went up $269!! The maintenance team aren't professional individuals and they aren't knowledgeable about fixing and repairing items in tenants apartments!! The former owners of this property (vande Linder Ventures) and Chris Robert's who was the property manager of Woodgate Court Apartments were awesome and amazing!! Chris Roberts kept Woodgate Court in immaculate condition!! They both cared about the tenants who lived here!! Since the new owners have obtained this property the upkeep has really gone down!! We never see maintenance maintaining this property!! My apartment and several other tenants had their apartments broken into due to Red tail residential maintenance negligence and failing to lock and secure the storage house that kept all of the master keys to the apartment complex!! This place is not worth what they are asking for in my renewal!! Please if you're looking for a place to live, don't come here. A 2 bedroom, 2 bath is being asked to pay $1500 a month and not worth it!!!! The property manager (Fran) and maintenance team is terrible!! This was a very, nice well maintained property before it was sold!!!!!!!
