  If I were an HOA president, I would look elsewhere and would not trust this group to manage my community. My parking spot was mis-marked "guest" on multiple occasions over the years limiting use of my parking spot. Corrective action took weeks each time preventing use of our own parking spot while guests were allowed to park there. This company did not provide an alternative solution while awaiting corrective action and left me in a helpless situation where only they had the power to correct the issue. This egregious disregard for homeowners is not the kind of management one wants for their community.

  I did not know that HOAs were capable of being prompt, helpful, thoughtful and efficient until Community Group brought Jonathan to our neighborhood. Before that all emails went unanswered, requests never responded to. In our previous neighborhood the HOA was even worse, took days to respond, if at all. In the few months Jonathan has been with us, we have non intrusive nightlights, pests have been removed, roofs fixed, dog waste bins and recycling installed, and so much more. I cannot believe the kind of service we are getting. For the first time in my life, every penny of HOA fees are worth it!

  Jonathan has gone above and beyond to ensure all members of our HOA feel supported and included. I'm very grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail.

  As President of the Kenridge HOA in Charlottesville, VA, I want to congratulation Associa for the appointments of Philip Adam as Charlottesville Manger and Jonathan Martin as our Community Manager. They are doing a fantastic job as our Associa Managers. This is a far cry from the poor way their predecessors provide us next to zero support. I even had to call your CEO to ask for help. Thank you for listening to me. My one remaining concern is Jonathan is managing 12 HOAs and is stretch to his limit, It would be great to hire an additional Community Manager to take some of Jonathan's Clients to allow Associa to continue the superb Charlotesville Client support. Thank you again. PFS
