  Lived here for two years, we have only great memories about Arden Place. Amy is such a delightful person to work with, so is the maintenance team. It’s so close to all main shopping places and groceries stores, or 29. Yet still preserves a tranquile neighborhood for us to rest and enjoy our life. Thank you for being our home in the last two years.

  I had the opportunity to visited a family member in the Arden place community for a birthday party and was very impressed with the community and its clubhouse . The lady in the office was very helpful as we set up for the party and checked in with us before the office closed. Although I do not live in the area if I did I would definitely choose Arden Place as my Charlottesville home

  Coming to Virginia from Texas was very stressful and hectic, but the front office team at Arden Place was extremely helpful in making the transition smooth. Special shout-out to Amy Kennedy, for going above and beyond in assisting us. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Arden Place is a beautiful community with friendly staff, and neighbors. Location is everything and this location is almost perfect. You’re super close to a variety of restaurants, retail stores and grocery stores. Oh yeah, they’re also very dog friendly! Amazing atmosphere! 10 out of 10 recommend!

  I lived here for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Work orders were always completed withing 24 hours (many times within a few hours of sending the request). The office staff is friendly and consistent. The same property manager and office associates were there from the day I moved in until the day I left--that's pretty amazing for an apartment leasing office. Yes, the rent is somewhat high, but by Charlottesville standards it's pretty normal. I'm only sorry that I had to move!
