  Corporate through and through; inhumane and just another cog in the machine that causes homelessness. I hope none of the people associated with this complex fall ill, lose a job, or have decreased wages because YOU WILL BE EVICTED. I get that it is a business, but life happens. It’s quite HEINOUS that you all were aware that at 31 years old I emptied out all of my 401(k) accounts to try and come current, got a new nursing job (while already holding another) and proof of sufficient income, still decided to EVICT me thus making my life that much harder to try and get re-established after losing my job. Never looked for a hand-out just asked for more time to become current, and instead of giving me time you gave false hope and acted quickly to get me out (you had 180 days, you waited 4). I never wish ill-will on anyone, but KARMA will balance the scales of justice (unlike in the courts where you provided incorrect information). Secondly, do not respond to this post we spoke enough about this matter. I am just warning others so that they do not get the hope that there are caring individuals here as you all are not; as you went so far to remind me that “if we did this for you, we’d have to do that for everyone in your situation”. Have fun extorting people for money!

  Best experience as a renter yet! What makes Altoview so special and rare is their all-star Management Team. They know you by name, are professional and prompt in responding to questions, and are just all around so helpful (one example of many above and beyonds: Jamal lending a hand and golf cart in the transport of a bulky and awkwardly-shaped package down the hill). The Maintenance Team is also very prompt to help with any repairs that are needed. I love the open space design, the beautiful, modern kitchen, and of course, the views to the outdoors and natural lighting. The location is great, the pool and gym are clean, and the social events hosted in the clubhouse are thoughtfully prepared and fun! Overall, it’s a quiet and well kept neighborhood with the expectation that residents will be respectful of Altoview’s (very reasonable) community policies. Well done and huge thanks to Allie and her team for all they do in making Altoview the great residential community that it is!

  I was moving to Charlottesville and my previous lease fell through. I had 2 weeks to find an apartment. Altoview came to the rescue! Great space! Great community! And great amenities. So glad I found this place and it is better than I could imagine!

  My sister and I were looking all over Charlottesville for apartments and ended up finding Altoview. Not only are the apartments absolutely stunning, but the process has been so incredibly easy. We are moving from out of state and Allie has been amazing helping us to navigate the application process. If you are looking for an apartment complex that has great communication, amenities, and beautiful apartments, Altoview is the place.
