  Unresolved moth infestation and terrible communication！！！！ Management did send pest control once, but the treatment was completely ineffective. I followed up immediately to report that the moths are still everywhere (found two more today), but now the office has gone completely silent. I’m experiencing jump scare from moths everywhere! I’ve sent multiple emails and called 4 times with no response. I even went to the office three days in a row, only to find it closed without notice. It is exhausting to spend my own time and money on this while management ignores my urgent requests for a professional solution. Do not move here if you expect reliable maintenance or communication. I am still waiting for an urgent schedule to fix this once and for all.

  Finally I can speak now that we’re don’t with this place. $900 from our deposit to replace the carpet after normal wear for living here for 2 years. The move out cleaning list & fees is insane just to move out. They want it cleaner than when we moved in. We don’t wear shoes inside (carpet should be changed between tenants by the company) Started seeing reaches🪳a few months before our lease was up. The roaches 🪳moved is out. When we let them know they only sprayed our unit so they would leave & come back. They don’t spray the whole building or the unit that has the infestation. Management is trash. They avoid speaking to you or explaining themselves. Told them about the 🪳& nothing. Also every cop in the country must get free rent bc that all live here. Also the trash valet is 🤢 trash juice all throughout the hallways & stairs another reason 🪳 are in the hallway & units. They only power wash twice a year when the trash juice is daily bc valet doesn’t care that that the trash is in the halls & the stairs. It would be days before it’s cleaned. Maintenance is so helpful & understanding but management is not. The pool is to small for the size of the property. Non of the amenities are 24 hurs. The amenity hours are convenient to the office hours, but not convenient for the tenants. Everyone does not work a 9 to 5. 10/10 don’t recommend!

  I’ve had a fantastic experience at 2370 Main at Sugarloaf. The apartments are beautiful, and any maintenance needs are handled quickly and professionally. The office staff is outstanding, and the entire leasing process was incredibly smooth. I worked with Ayisha, who did an amazing job showing me different apartment options and getting everything completed so I could move in right away.

  I am thrilled to give a shoutout to Ayisha in the management office. Her quick response and problem-solving skills are top-notch. Every interaction I've had with her has been confident and informative, making dealing with apartment issues a breeze. The modern premises are a plus, and the staff's warm welcome always makes me feel at home. The common areas are great spots to relax, and we love unwinding there. One suggestion for improvement: the hallways near the gates could use more frequent cleaning. Maybe a regular schedule could help keep them spotless. Overall, Ayisha and the team are doing an amazing job. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.
