  We had such a great experience working with Ferris! From day one, he went above and beyond—spending hours driving us around different neighborhoods, showing us local amenities, and helping us feel confident in our decision about where to buy. When it came time to sell our home, his team of stagers, contractors, and organizers made the process seamless. Everyone was professional, kind, and easy to work with, and our house sold quickly thanks to their incredible work. Throughout the entire process—buying and selling—Ferris was extremely responsive, calm, and level-headed, no matter how many questions we had. He was always on time, eager to help, and took the time to explain every step clearly. He truly made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and even enjoyable.   Ferris and his team were absolutely amazing. I would hire them again without question. Ferris made the process easy to understand, streamlined, efficient, and results driven. He priced our home in a sweet spot to receive offers above asking and have a contract ratified quickly. His plan worked so well, we didn't even have to close out the weekend with showings. We had almost 40 private showings and 2 open houses, which resulted in multiple offers above asking. We had a ratified contract within 3 days of listing. Call Ferris today- the only thing you'll regret is not calling him sooner.
