  They selectively have your vehicle towed if they don't know or like you. If they know you they will look the other way all day long while you take up valuable parking spaces. Hypocrites

  If it was possible to give zero stars on the service our community receives then I would. For over a year I’ve been asking to see improvement on our landscaping. In particular, the back of my home where there is no grass and the dirt has washed away to the point of exposing the foundation. Our community pays 18k a year for landscaping services and we can’t even get our grass mowed, let alone get an actual safety hazard fixed. This has been a terrible company to work with and they do not have the best interest of the community in mind.

  Our community at Huntington Crossing has been trying to contact our community manager, Sarah Shah, for over a month to schedule sand cleanup after the last snowstorm with no response. This is a straightforward task - picking up the phone to call the cleaning company. If I paid a high school kid $10, it could be done the next morning. Yet somehow, it hasn’t been addressed. We’re not asking the company to fund this, we’re asking them to use our own community funds to get it done. How is something this simple so difficult to execute? We’ve had several open houses recently, and potential buyers have raised concerns about the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the community. This is negatively impacting our property values and affecting potential sales.
