I’m updating my review b/c management has acknowledged and addressed the issue. Their attention to this situation is much appreciated as we continue to monitor closely. *** Original review: A brand new building and residents are already doing this. It’s absolutely disgusting and I regret moving here. If cleanliness and upkeep is important to you, then don’t even think about leasing here. Management has done nothing to fix the issue.

Super easy to move in. Leasing agent Saied Hlewa was very responsive and very kind hearted. He was helping us work thru our entire move in process with no issues. The apartment complex is very luxurious as well.

My experience with this apartment community has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The first time I visited to view an apartment, I arrived as a walk-in. Fatima was sitting in her office when I came in, yet I waited nearly 20 minutes before having to flag someone down for assistance, despite her clearly seeing me enter and sit down. When she did engage with me, her demeanor felt cold and dismissive, as though I was an inconvenience rather than a prospective resident. During the tour, she appeared unfamiliar with basic details about the apartment layouts and the community overall. Because her attitude suggested she was not interested in showing additional units, I requested videos of other layouts instead. Unfortunately, that request was never followed through on, despite multiple email exchanges. Communication was consistently lacking, and commitments were not honored. Later, I returned and was assisted by another staff member who was kind and professional, which restored my confidence enough to move forward with applying. After submitting my application, however, I experienced days of silence, no calls, no emails, and no updates. This was surprising, as I’ve typically received timely responses or approvals when applying elsewhere. Instead, I was given inconsistent and, at times, incorrect information by multiple staff members over the course of several weeks. Overall, the leasing process has been disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. It appears there is a lack of communication and consistency among staff, which raises concerns about management practices. If I didn’t genuinely like the apartment itself, I would have chosen to go elsewhere. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe prospective residents deserve to be aware of the experience they may encounter.

In my personal experience, the management and staff here come across as egotistical, inattentive, unprofessional, and consistently unhelpful. Saied, the leasing-office staff member, has repeatedly given me inaccurate information, and his dismissive attitude makes it extremely difficult to resolve even basic issues. When I reported that the mail room lockers were down and needed to be fixed, he said, “It’s not my job. Go deal with it yourself.” The apartment itself has essentially no soundproofing or effective humidity control. The building does not appear to be cleaned or maintained with any level of consistency. This summer, I had to buy my own dehumidifier because the humidity in my unit kept climbing to around 70%, making the space feel unlivable. The manager told me I would be reimbursed, but I have still not received anything. From what I’ve experienced, very little actual work gets done around here. It often feels like the management prioritizes attracting new tenants rather than supporting the people who already live here. Overall, they give the impression that they either don’t know how to manage this property or simply don’t care to. If you choose to live here, be prepared to pay high rent for a subpar apartment and to be treated like a doormat. Edit: Made a request to replace refrigerator air/water filters because indicator light was on. Maintenance came and just reset the indicator lights without actually replacing the filters. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Edit2: Maintenance brought a wrong type of water filter and then suggested taking one from a vacant unit instead of a new one. Absolutely zero regard to hygiene or sanitation. Terribly designed parking garage and entrance consistently blocked by people who can't park. Management does nothing about this despite raising concerns over the last few months.
