  I had an amazing experience thanks to Saied! He truly went above and beyond—staying after hours to help me get everything finalized and moved in without any stress. That level of care and dedication is rare and very much appreciated. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and of 5-star quality. Top-tier service all around. Thank you again, Saied!

  I have been living in the complex for the past three months. The property is clean, and the staff is kind, helpful, and always available to guide you through the amenities and community expectations. My experience has been positive overall. The only concern I would mention is that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor inside your home.

  I highly recommend The Sully as your new home & community here in Chantilly 🤩🤩🤩 What more can I say that others haven't already covered?! The Sully was the clear winner when I went on apartment tours in Chantilly and the surrounding area last fall. It's a brand new apartment complex that still has that "new car smell" throughout the building. Plus, did you know that The Sully stands in a class of its own by offering a walk-in shower for 1 bedroom apartments? You have to rent a 2 bedroom apartment elsewhere for that simple luxury. I still need to try out the gym but I was equally impressed from what I saw on the tour. The Wegmans across the street has me covered on anything I could ever need for groceries. Fatima is great in the leasing office. She was super flexible by taking me on a full tour TWICE unannounced when I called ahead since I was in the area. I appreciated the helpful explanation on how the apartments by the highway bring in more sunlight during the morning hours. That's exactly the apartment configuration that I ended up going with! Fatima has also responded to all my emails and walked me through the entire application & move-in process. Saied got me settled in on Day 1 & Theresa resolved some minor issues after moving in. Speaking of the minor issues: the maintenance team gets high marks for promptly replacing a defective smoke detector that was setting off false alarms. Maintenance also fixed my balcony door to close properly and cleaned up the leftover spotted lantern flies on the balcony. All in all, I'm very happy to call The Sully... home!!

  I was able to tour The Sully apartment homes today and they were absolutely beautiful. I had a great experience touring these apartment homes and look forward to moving in. The overall property is well-designed, with spacious floor plans and great natural light. The amenities really stood out, especially the well-equipped fitness center and inviting common areas. Everything feels new, updated, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was professional and informative, making the tour easy and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for modern living with great amenities.

  This review is long overdue since I moved in back in December, but I absolutely love it here. From the very beginning, the entire leasing team—Fatima, CiCi, and Saied—helped me tremendously throughout the whole process. I mostly communicated with Fatima, but CiCi and Saied were always there to help whenever she was unavailable. They were incredibly patient, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), and never once made me feel like I was a bother—even with the number of times I called. That level of care didn’t stop after I moved in either. Anytime I’ve called or gone downstairs with a question, they’ve been just as helpful and welcoming. Everything about the property—from the apartment itself to the community areas, gym, and pool—is luxurious and very well maintained. I’m already obsessed, and I can’t wait to fully enjoy everything once spring and summer roll around. Highly recommend moving here!
