  The staff Saied, Generra, Fatima and the Manager all are very polite, professional, and always ready to help. The service department, especially Rachid, is extremely cooperative and quick in resolving any issues or maintenance requests. The building is always clean and well-maintained, with excellent security and a friendly environment. The location is convenient, and the management team ensures smooth operations. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the facilities and services provided — it truly feels comfortable and well-managed. Highly recommended!

  I love my new apartment, and Saied has made my move so seamless! What first stood out to me was that he took the time to show me as many apartments that I wanted to view. He did not rush me at all and answered questions thoroughly. He has always gotten me any info that I asked for and even put in a maintenance request for my refrigerator for me. He has been so friendly and has great work ethic for a busy job while juggling college!

  I recently relocated from Alabama, and Saied has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! He went above and beyond by creating several video tours, patiently dealing with my indecisiveness, and even taking measurements at a moment’s notice. Every time I see him, he greets me with a smile and a positive attitude. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m so glad Saied is part of the team at The Sully!

  I recently moved into Sully and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The gym is a great bonus, always clean and well equipped, which makes it easy to stay active. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and you can even see the building right from the entrance of Wegmans. I also received the Sully throw blanket and mugs as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch :) What truly makes Sully stand out is the management team. Theresa is warm, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile, while Saied is caring, professional, and quick to take care of any issues. Together they create a welcoming environment and go above and beyond to make Sully feel like home.
