- HMHaliti MNov 14, 20251.0Came in today because I had an appointment for a tour at 4:30, arrived at the leasing office at 4pm but was told they cannot help us until 5 because they are having an event. I don't mind waiting but was immediately alarmed by the rudeness and passive aggressiveness of the staff. Turned out to be a huge waste of time because the staff told me they don't do tours past 4:30 after I have waited for an hour, they could have informed me when I first arrived or I could have been warned when I initially made the appointment. Overall very bad customer service, they need to teach their office staff how to treat people when they walk in because they seem like they don't want to do their job.

From the very beginning, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. The entire process — from viewing the apartment to signing the lease and moving in — was smooth, transparent, and much faster than I expected. I especially want to thank Gabrielle, who took care of everything for me. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond to my questions. Gabrielle made sure I understood every step of the process and went above and beyond to make things easy for me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making residents feel comfortable and valued, and she definitely did that. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, the community is clean and peaceful, and the management team is clearly committed to providing a great living experience. I truly appreciate how organized and responsive everyone has been. If you’re looking for a well-managed community with professional staff and great service, I highly recommend The Fields of Chantilly
