  Not impressed at all. Especially with Natasha Smith. They’re not responsive, don’t address the issues raised by residents, have an excuse for every failure on their part and don’t enforce anything. Like others have stated, our dues increase significantly every year but unless the two mailings they send a year cost $10,000, we are not seeing a return on investment. Our community is looking for a better company. We will not continue to compensate poor quality service. Crazy they expect to get paid for doing so little. Where is DOGE when you actually need them?

  Melissa is a great resource, awesome ideas, always thinking of ways to increase value, loves all of her communities and loves to multi-task with excellence, it is a pleasure to work with her, hope we will continue with her, she has been an added asset to Burberry Condo.

  Our association has worked with several community managers over the years, and I can say without hesitation that Traci Duane is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
