My experience: from the beginning this company has shown a lack of urgency when it comes to serving the community they manage, and something as important as fixing exterior lights of buildings (which is a security/safety issue) takes months to get them to do. At the Huntington community we have been forgotten and ignored several times. It’s been more than a month since the outside lights have been out, with no word yet on when they’ll get fixed (same as last time other lights went out!). My parents, who are older, came to visit and almost fell down the stairs cause it’s so dark at night. Absolutely unacceptable. Security and safety of the community you manage should be a top priority.
