  I would like to give a huge shout out for Lisa Barton the Assistant Community Manager for Shenandoah and the Lake Frederick HOAs. It was a pleasure to work with Lisa. She addressed my request in a very timely and professional manner and displayed a willingness to take that extra step to provide what I needed. In the future when I am seeking answers or need assistance in addressing an issue, she will be my first "go-to".

  HOA manager, Mr. Andrew Call, was attentive and professional with resolving a water meter issue for our condo. Originally, the water company customer support was giving me the runaround and Mr. Call put me in contact with a POC who sent him a test kit so he could check for possible leaks. This was very helpful because it proved to the water company that we were paying for a neighbors water bill.

  I am a new home owner and my HOA manger Dijon Saunders has definitely made me feel at home. Dijon is not only responsive to my emails but she’s very kind and welcoming. Dijon made sure I had everything I needed to settle into my new home comfortably. She took the time to explain the community portal and made registering very easy. Thank you again Dijon for your hard work and dedication to the neighborhood!

  I moved recently to my new condo at Isabela at Monticello, Alexandria Va. The community is awesome so far. The general manager of the building, Ms. Michelle Meyer has been extremely helpful from day one and has made my transition to my new home flawless. Michelle also introduced me to a few residents in the building which was very helpful as my daughter was able to find a friend of her age right away which was awesome as sometimes young kids don't like home changes. Michelle also found and return my passport which it seems I dropped somewhere in the hallway coming back from work and preparing for a trip. Overall, I feel very lucky and at peace at my new place and I give Michelle and her work and dedication a five star with no hesitation. Thank you!!!
