- TBT N BowmanNov 9, 20254.0Just purchased my forever home here at Bartlett Station Estates and I am so thankful. Probably the only single woman in a neighborhood of families but I find peace here. Still some construction going on as they continue getting new homes built for my new neighbors. Jade and Cat were phenomenal in the process and so welcoming. They answered question after question and took me through the build as much as I wanted. The neighborhood is quiet at night and located juat far away from US 17. If you're looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend Bartlett Station Estates.

Process seems rushed for home buying. Not enough time given to make selection or changes to your home. The only way to stay ageist with what’s going on is to go to the property constantly during the process. PhotoCircle not used as much. Started off uploading my own photos.

I was also provided transparent ways to track the building status of my home, such as regular PhotoCircle report and flexible call-to-visit. Even before the preconstrution meeting, I got much help from Cat, the sales representative, to learn and choose my new home.
