- RGRhonda Garrett6 days ago1.0Initially everything was good. My house shows up and it is missing an entire window, also missing a bath tub that I paid extra for, the utility room sink is also missing, the utility room closet has no shelves. I feel like I need to walk through it again and see if anything else is messed up. There are also scratches on my siding and the house has been set and is out of level. Also seems that I can never talk to the salesman I bought it from. I call, I've emailed and I've texted told them that it was urgent. He's not in the office today, he's out in the field, he's on a call, he's in a meeting excuses and more excuses. When you're told he's out of the office and then you hear him in the background or you see that his vehicle is there...... Very sad situation... A neighbor bought the exact same house and has had issues also. Not as bad as mine though. Who or what is the next step? Twelve on your side or BBB??

My mother had several panick attacks because her view outside and bedroom were totally blocked. First responders could not gain adequate access to my home.
