  Susanne and her team have been wonderful. Given my circumstances and job location, my work in the military and being overseas, has been very challenging logistically. Overall, i was able to secure a home designed the way i wanted at a great location 10 minutes from the airport.

  We bought a new townhome built in 2025 by the Fairfax Boulevard, and have been enjoying both the beautiful home and the wonderful neighborhood! I want to give a shout-out to the warranty agent Josh Minionis. He has been very responsive and works hard on getting things resolved quickly. We usually hear back from him within a day or two after opening a ticket. Almost always he first comes and scopes out things personally and then arranges the needed repair. He also goes out of his way to help with things, such as showing us how to get the house filter replaced. Josh puts out genuine efforts to address whatever comes up, including involving his managers when needed, such as James Dunn and Paul Naples, who both helped us during the past year. Thank you all for your efforts!

  We bought a newly constructed NV townhome by Fairfax Boulevard in 2025. Family and I are extremely happy with the purchase based on the design and specifically their customer service from beginning till the end. Especially want to single out their warranty agent Josh who oversees all warranty claims. He was extremely patient, responsive, and easy to work with. Josh is definitely a one of a kind and I would recommend NV homes to friends and family based on my experience with Josh!
