    Make sure you read all of the details before signing. I was clear when we took a short-term lease that we would be moving out after 4 months. We paid an extremely high premium rent for this time period. I am being charged for an additional 10 days of rent since I didn't give them a 60-day notice. I have reached out trying to speak with someone about the additional changes without success. They don't have a phone number, their staff told me to send an email. They sell all of the additional amenities that come with the rent, I didn't witness a lot of my fellow renters using these amenities. These units are overpriced; I am sure that you can get a better deal looking at other properties.

    The people that run the apartment welcomed me with open arms. Never had any problems that couldn't be solved asap. The maintenance team went above and beyond with everything that I needed done. Have nothing but high praises for the people/staff/amenities!

    I’ve had a mixed experience living at The Vyne. One ongoing issue has been the noise from the neighbor above me, for a “luxury” apartment the floors are not well-insulated, so even regular movement carries through loudly. Despite reporting it several times, I haven’t received much follow-up or a clear solution from management. The hallways and elevators also aren’t cleaned as regularly as they should be, which takes away from the overall feel of the property. On a positive note, Juan from maintenance has been excellent. He’s always professional, quick to respond, and thorough with any repairs in my apartment. His work really stands out. The Vyne has great potential, but better communication and consistency in upkeep would make a big difference.

    I’ve lived here for over three years now. The best part of living here is that you have a great maintenance team. Especially Juan, he is phenomenal. All the maintenance team members are very pleasant and professional, always there to help. They’re the best.
