- ACAnne Chen4 days ago5.0We bought a new townhome built in 2025 by the Fairfax Boulevard, and have been enjoying both the beautiful home and the wonderful neighborhood! I want to give a shout-out to the warranty agent Josh Minionis. He has been very responsive and works hard on getting things resolved quickly. We usually hear back from him within a day or two after opening a ticket. Almost always he first comes and scopes out things personally and then arranges the needed repair. He also goes out of his way to help with things, such as showing us how to get the house filter replaced. Josh puts out genuine efforts to address whatever comes up, including involving his managers when needed, such as James Dunn and Paul Naples, who both helped us during the past year. Thank you all for your efforts!
