- SSSathyaDec 16, 20251.0Avoid like the plague They messed up the construction in Herndon for similar units constructed between 2022-2024. HOA fees have tripled due to maintenance costs. Same story for other locations/communities. They take down the Google Maps page so you can’t see reviews once a community is fully sold. Several leaks in the building. Elevator breakdowns every other month. Garage door issues. Water pressure issues. Incorrect installation of water heaters etc.
