  I highly recommend using Lisa as your realtor. She staged our home and made it look so beautiful I had second thoughts about selling. Her marketing of our home was well thought out and effective and her attention to detail on the pricing of our home made all the difference in a successful sale. Follow Lisa’s advice, allow her to do her job that she clearly loves and excels at and you will be very happy with the results. She got us multiple offers and a well above asking sale price. You will not regret hiring Lisa to help you buy or sell a home.

  Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about the area, market and what needs to be done to get the best price. She is easy to work with and very helpful. Any time I asked, she had recommendations for vendors to get various types of work done and they all turned out to be great. I would highly recommend her to sell your house!

  We met Lisa at one of her open houses and knew right away that she was the agent with whom we wanted to work. In a market where houses are snapped up in just a few days, Lisa showed the true value of a Buyer's Agent. After attending an open house on Saturday and reviewing her comps on Sunday morning, we were working at 10:00 on a Sunday night to finalize a a competitive offer on what we knew would be a popular house. Lisa then worked to guide us to a closing in just three weeks. To those who think the new rules regarding Buyer's Agents mean you don't need one, I say good luck! We would never have been able to achieve what Lisa did on our own.

  Lisa made buying our first house a breeze! I wasn’t sure if it was the right time or if we were ready to buy a house but when we walked into our house we fell in love with it and Lisa made the experience so easy! She walked us through every detail and made all the complicated stuff seem simple. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and was able to refer us to every company we used for everything/anything we needed to do with the house (and everyone was top notch too)! She was always available anytime we called with questions or advice. Even after closed on the house she has checked in to see how things are going and has gone above and beyond to help us. There is no one else I can imagine trusting whole heartedly through this process other than Lisa. Trust me she’s the best!

  Wow, do we feel like we hit the Real Estate Realtor jackpot! After interviewing five different Realtors, we decided to go with Lisa Smith of Pearson Smith Realty. From the minute she walked through our door, her energy and enthusiasm were contagious. She listened closely and developed an excellent marketing plan for our home that worked for us. After a short coming soon listing, our house was beautifully staged by Lisa and her twin sister Laura and listed on a Thursday. Showings by appointment took place on Thursday and Friday, followed by an open house on Saturday and Sunday. Offers were due on Monday and after considering several great offers, our house was sold! Sold for $57,000+ over asking, no contingencies, no appraisal and a free rent back for 59 days. We could not have asked for more! Well, you might say that almost any realtor could do all this but Lisa and Laura did so much more! Have you ever heard of a realtor that brought her own tools and supplies to get down on the floor to do touch up painting, painted exterior doors in the cold, referred you to a great mover, cleaning service and took bulky items out of house to donate them to a worthy cause? A realtor that not only took all the stress and worry off your shoulders but brought you donuts and took the time to sit down, have a cup of coffee, laugh and just get to really know you? If not, Lisa is the realtor you want to sell your house. She’s the best!
