  Alexis came late at night and was incredibly helpful in fixing my issue. He was professional, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciate his dedication and willingness to help outside of regular hours. Highly recommend his service!

  The response to the request to fix the furnace was very quick from the time I called it in. Emmerson knew right away what the problem was, retrieved the part and repaired it. He was in and out, very courteous. We very much appreciate it. Good Job!! Wayne and Lyn

  I’m very disappointed in the way Broadland Apartments treated me. I moved there two times and didn’t have a bad experience. However, about a year ago I had to give a notice to the leasing company that I would have to terminate my lease. This was during the time we were being furloughed and of course anyone would rather leave on good terms with any rental property. They charged me the market price rent for one month because of the short notice and it was around $4k. The leasing manager at that time was amazing he let me make payments to complete the balance. Unfortunately, I paid everything except $242. Well I called to try and secure an apartment because things are looking great for me financially. I spoke with a custom service representative on a recorded line and asked to apply for the apartment I saw the rate was amazing. The representative contacted the office I spoke to Luiz and she said she was going to send the application over for me to complete. Well that never happened she was annoyed it was a Saturday I guess and it was busy. On Monday I called and left them know about my interest and the inquiry I sent and mentioned the balance I had of $242. The property manager said I needed to pay it and I did however the rate I inquired about on a recorded line with a representative and with Luis had increased by Monday. They refused to honor that and it’s wrong! These places have no ethics whatsoever or integrity when it comes to customers. Knowing the economy is hard for everyone especially in Northern Virginia. I still haven’t heard back not even from Chris Stokes he tried to help me I’m sure they told him not to. Over $242 that’s insane! I will be informing everyone on LinkedIn and Facebook. What happened to helping people and not just thinking about money!!!

  The assistant property manager, Triniti, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she made my children and i feel truly welcomed. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness stood out immediately. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire tour very relaxing. Triniti went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and her positive attitude made a lasting impression. And also Chris who was training i think you are going to do a great job
