  I called for an appointment to view the open apartment. The representative was ery helpful, even viewed the area to see if it was suitable for living wth a small dog. The showing was done in the little cart, since i have trouble walking. I am still un decided about seling my condo and moving.

  Alexes is a skilled and reliable apartment renovation worker. He does high-quality work in repairs, maintenance, and remodeling. He pays attention to detail and always makes sure the job is done properly and safely. He is punctual, hardworking, and respectful. Alexes communicates clearly and listens carefully to instructions. He keeps the work area clean and organized and finishes projects on time. I am very satisfied with his work and would gladly recommend him for any apartment renovation or maintenance job

  I am a current resident at Broadlands, and I am writing this to warn anyone considering this complex: be prepared for predatory billing and a complete lack of professional empathy. This management team recently attempted to shake me down for a nearly $300 late fee because my rent payment was processed 15 minutes after midnight following Easter Sunday. Despite the office being closed for the holiday and their own payment portal showing a $0.00 balance at the time of transaction, they saw fit to tape a demand notice to my door the very next day. The level of incompetence here is staggering. In the formal notice they sent to collect the fee, they explicitly wrote: "In the future, all account balances should be paid no later than the 6th of the month". I paid on the 6th. Yet, they are still attempting to penalize me for following the exact deadline they provided in writing. You would think for $3,000+ a month in rent, you would be treated with basic human decency and logical consistency. Instead, Van Metre management prefers "gotcha" tactics over resident retention. If you value a management team that understands basic Virginia business standards—or even their own written policies—look elsewhere. Ashburn has plenty of other options that don't treat their residents like a sub-prime ATM.

  What lived in many parts of Northern Virginia of all the apartments I’ve lived in. This is hands-down the best. excellent management top-notch maintenance. They keep the grounds beautiful. What more could I ask?
