  Robin was absolutely amazing to tour with! She was kind, personable, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated how she took the time to ask about my commute and considered how traveling from Virginia to DC could impact me, those details truly made a difference.community, she made the decision much harder with her Although I’ve decided to go with a different apartment outstanding customer service. She genuinely cares, and it shows.

  The apartments are nice. The management is terrible with lips service. The parking is over priced and the maintenance team closes out requests without finishing the job. The community fee is over 80 Dollars when the pool is broken have the summer time and the key fobs don’t work consistently. The gym is open to the public basically the gym doesn’t belong to the apartment complex so you we share the gym with other people from the street. The only thing good about this place is that it is clean. Just FYI. Beware

  Hi Jackie, Hi Sameer, I’ve been trying to resolve this directly over the past two months, but since my emails have gone unanswered, I’ve had to take a different route. I’ve now filed a claim with the Arlington County General District Court. You should receive the official notice by mail shortly. The court date is scheduled for April 17, 2026 at 2 PM. It’s unfortunate it had to come to this—especially since a simple response could have resolved the issue. Don’t worry, though—I won’t let this get boring. 😉🍿🎬 See you in court on April 17 at 2 PM.

  My last review got removed, so here I am again to tell you this is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. High flood intersection and paper-thin walls. Only plus is the taco food truck a block away is a 10/10.
