  I had a great experience with the leasing office throughout my apartment application process. The team was consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, carefully walking me through each step and ensuring all my paperwork was complete and submitted on time. What stood out most was how responsive and supportive they were—they made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for their help in getting everything finalized so seamlessly.

  I moved in to Lyon last October and love my place! Megan made the whole leasing process so easy — she was patient, answered every question I had, and made the whole experience feel totally manageable. Really glad she was the one to help me through it. The apartment itself is beautiful. I love coming home to it every day. And the concierge / front desk team is wonderful. They’re friendly, super helpful, and it’s nice knowing there’s always someone there when you need something. Overall this place has been a great experience and I’d recommend it to anyone looking around Clarendon.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Lyon Place and am upgrading from a studio to a 1-bdr in the same building. I looked at other apartments in the area, but Lyon Place offered the best value with the least friction. Shout out to Wilber from the leasing team who handled my original move-in. He was professional, responsive, and made the process easy. I also appreciate Sam, the general manager, for clear communication during the transfer. The maintenance team has been consistently fast and reliable. Work orders are handled quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption. Huge thanks to the concierge team as well. Artemis, Kristin, Toni, and the rest of the staff are always friendly, helpful, and on top of packages. The location is unbeatable. Clarendon Metro is right across the street, Trader Joe’s is downstairs, and everything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

  We moved in last October and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Megan, was exceptional throughout the entire process—she answered all our questions thoroughly and made what could have been a stressful move remarkably smooth. We’re truly grateful for her assistance. After two months of living here, we can confidently say this is a welcoming community. The concierge service is efficient, the resident events are well-organized and enjoyable, and the common areas are consistently clean and well-maintained. I’ve also been impressed by how quickly maintenance responds whenever issues arise.
