I toured these apartments yesterday with Jaqueline Flores…. she showed me a unit with the same floor plan as the unit I was interested that was not available until Jan 2026. The unit was nice until I seen countless dead bugs all throughout the bedroom and living room……. why would you show me a unit that’s still in the process of being deep cleaned? immediate turn off. I will not be renting here ✌🏽

I recently toured the property and liked it. That aside, I can’t get anyone to respond to my follow up questions. I’ve emailed twice, left two voicemails, and have called several other times. When calling, you can’t get past the automated agent.

I just moved in a few months ago and have been having major difficulties in this building. I have been sending complaints letting the office know of some of these issues and hope that things gets resolved. Moving in, I encountered many issues in my apartment, one of the major issues being the washer and dryer. I was able to reach out to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager letting them know of the ongoing situation and was able to get it replaced with brand new ones. There's a lot of theft that happens in this building that isn't being resolved. The gym space is shared with a small business for personal training. The trainers and clients are very harassive and abusive. Whether it's dealing with spitting in your face or dealing with inappropriate touching of private areas while working out on the machines (apparently because their clients wants the gym to themselves and they are paying for this session), they are constantly trying to chase you out. Complaining to the gym itself doesn't help. I had to report them to an outside company for harassment a few times to actually see them backing off and hope that it stops for good. Because of a few issues and problems I was facing after moving in, I decided to start a facebook group. Usually these groups are welcomed in residential buildings and I've never really seen any conflicts with starting one in my past. I'm having a completely different experience with Jackie unfortunately. Ever since I started this FB group, she has been harassing me and going out of her way to treat me like garbage. Maybe it's because I went around taping small letters on everyone's door letting them know about this FB group? I didn't tell the leasing office beforehand. If it was, they should have just let me know that this was not okay! Even with a complaint to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, she still continued. I did send a 2nd complaint and hope she backs off. She is incredibly rude and dismissive to any of my emails I send to the leasing office. I gave this building a 2 star, because the interior of the apartment is very nice and why I decided to move in here.
