  During my apartment search in Arlington, the leasing consultants at Park Georgetown, especially Chris C, went out of their way to find me the best apartment for my price range at this complex. They answered all of my questions about the apartment and followed up over the course of multiple weeks to alert me about price changes and availability. Although I didn't end up picking Park Georgetown, I will always remember how attentive and helpful the leasing consultants were during my search.

  Park Georgetown apartments are perfect place to call home! All common areas are safe and clean. The distance from DC makes it ideal for many different lifestyles. Everyone on staff is incredibly helpful. When problems arose Chris C went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out!

  Park Georgetown has been a fantastic place to move into. We had an exceptional move-in process despite problems on our end, because we were helped through every step by Park Georgetown staff, especially by Chris C. He was quick to answer any questions, helpful when problems arose, and always worked to support us and be on our side. The area is very safe and clean, and the community is really delightful. We are happy to call this place our home.

  rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I experienced multiple water leaks from the apartment above, including a second leak after the ceiling had already been “repaired.” The first repair did not resolve the underlying issue. On the second occurrence, there was visible ceiling damage and water entering my unit, raising legitimate safety concerns. When I raised these concerns, management’s response was dismissive. Rather than addressing the recurrence or the safety aspect, I was told there are “no guarantees that things won’t go wrong in an apartment” and that my only option was to pay a two-month lease buyout fee if I wanted to leave. To make matters worse, maintenance entered my apartment without prior notice or consent and patched the ceiling while I was away. When I returned, my thermostat had been changed significantly from where I had left it. There was no communication before or after this entry. Although maintenance may respond quickly, the approach feels reactive and cosmetic rather than preventative or transparent. Safety concerns were minimized, communication was poor, and responsibility was deflected. If you value clear communication, respect for your living space, and proactive handling of recurring issues, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution before signing a lease here. Response to your reply on 1/26/2026: Hi Stephanie, I saw your response to my Google review stating that management is actively working with me. I wanted to clarify that I have not received any follow-up communication or engagement since being told that my only option was to pay a lease buyout fee, despite the concerns I raised. Those concerns included recurring ceiling damage, water entering my unit, and related safety issues. To date, there has not been any coordinated inspection or further discussion addressing those concerns. If there is an opportunity to meaningfully address this, I’m open to that.   Park Georgetown is truly an apartment complex like no other! From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed with open arms, and the exceptional customer service has only continued to impress me. The office staff here treats residents not just as tenants, but as cherished members of a community—a rare quality that makes living here feel like home. Every interaction I've had with the Chris M and Stephanie has been warm and friendly. They treat you like family. The maintenance crew, Richard and Frank, go above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are met, whenever it’s a maintenance request. It's evident that they genuinely care about the residents and take the time to build personal relationships. This level of attentiveness is hard to find elsewhere! The atmosphere at Park Georgetown is inviting and inclusive, making it easy to connect with neighbors and feel a sense of belonging. The staff organizes community events that foster camaraderie and engagement, further enhancing the living experience. In a world where customer service can often feel impersonal, Park Georgetown stands out as a shining example of how a dedicated team can create a welcoming environment. I am grateful to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment complex that truly values its residents.
