  Park Georgetown is truly an apartment complex like no other! From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed with open arms, and the exceptional customer service has only continued to impress me. The office staff here treats residents not just as tenants, but as cherished members of a community—a rare quality that makes living here feel like home. Every interaction I've had with the Chris M and Stephanie has been warm and friendly. They treat you like family. The maintenance crew, Richard and Frank, go above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are met, whenever it’s a maintenance request. It's evident that they genuinely care about the residents and take the time to build personal relationships. This level of attentiveness is hard to find elsewhere! The atmosphere at Park Georgetown is inviting and inclusive, making it easy to connect with neighbors and feel a sense of belonging. The staff organizes community events that foster camaraderie and engagement, further enhancing the living experience. In a world where customer service can often feel impersonal, Park Georgetown stands out as a shining example of how a dedicated team can create a welcoming environment. I am grateful to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment complex that truly values its residents.   Slow to respond to maintenance requests. Door to apartment building too nearly a month to repair… in the meantime the door slammed every time accessed . Dirty washer and dryer in common laundry area is a constant issue.. mgmt appears to have low regard for residents in this overpriced rental… don’t know how they managed to amass multiple 4 stars..

  They will make you pay the lease break fee no matter what your circumstances are. Signing a lease with Park Georgetown was a very expensive mistake. I found roaches on 9/8, 10/7, 10/22 and 11/3. Photos of 9/8, 10/7 and 11/3 attached. I was told I had to pay the please break fee because they tried treating (9/12, 10/10, 10/17 and 10/24). That’s right folks, multiple roach encounters while they were actively treating. They asked if I wanted to move units but what reasonable person would after all those roaches? Mind you my lease date was 8/25 so it isn’t like I had years of goodwill at Park Georgetown. Wish they had waived the lease break fee given finding roaches that often renders the unit uninhabitable. All I can do now is warn others of my very expensive mistake. Editing 11/19/2025 to add based on management response. Yes, they sprayed every Friday for weeks and offered to move my unit (as stated in my original review) but the roaches still came. My upset is not only the roaches (they tried to remedy but could not) but being forced to pay a lease break fee when the unit was uninhabitable due to roaches. My business with Park Georgetown concluded however, I can still warn others of potential financial loss and infestation. Park Georgetown was NOT willing to work with me financially. Like I said in my original review, very expensive mistake.

  It’s my 3rd year living in this apartment. I loved it very much specially maintenance guys, super fast, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you Franklin Lopez and Ben Brown. Those guys are rock and made my day. It was starting really bad earlier lol. Again thank you guys. 1000 stars for you guys

  Franklin is the best! He is quick to help and always finds how to fix anything that breaks/needs updating. Very impressed with his work!
