I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel future tenants should be aware of the issues I experienced here. My experience with this apartment was consistently frustrating due to poor management and communication. The official sublease process was extremely disorganized and took more than a month to complete. Instructions kept changing, and I had to spend a lot of time calling and emailing the office just to get basic updates. Safety was also a concern. One night a stranger attempted to open my apartment door. After that incident, I ended up installing a Ring camera outside my door for peace of mind. Rent increases were steep as well — my renewal offer went up about 10% in a single year. The most frustrating part happened after move-out. I received a small utility balance and responded promptly, attempting to send payment. When the check was returned, I was arranging another payment and even asked a friend to bring it to the office in person. Despite that, there was no follow-up from management. Instead, the balance was sent directly to a collections agency and I only found out when I received the collection notice. Overall, many processes here felt poorly organized and unnecessarily stressful. Future tenants should make sure they understand how management handles communication, billing, and administrative requests before signing a lease.

I lived at Acadia at Metropolitan for two fantastic years, and I’m genuinely sad to be moving only because of a work relocation. From day one, the entire team has been top-notch, making this community feel like a true family. A huge shoutout to the Community Managers, the Front Desk Staff, and the wonderful Cleaning Staff — they all operate with consistent excellence. I only needed the maintenance team once, but they were incredibly prompt. Besides the daily comfort and the amazing rooftop, the community atmosphere is strong. They have regular events that are a great way to connect. If you move here, you absolutely cannot miss the Fourth of July party; it's the highlight of the year. For me, the location was a true game-changer that simplified my busy life. Having easy access to places like Whole Foods and Costco, along with so many great local restaurants, saved me a massive amount of time every week. I will miss my "Acadia family," but I strongly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, high-quality place to live where the staff truly cares.

Avoid this place at all costs! We encountered cockroaches almost every day. We reported the issue to management more than five times, but they did nothing to address it. Rent is too expensive to live with roaches, and it increases every year at a rate several times higher than inflation.

My move in was so smooth and seamless thanks to Ayesha! The concierge staff, Ibrahim, Freddy, and Joel are the best I've experienced in a highrise.

Do not live here!! The worst management ever I absolutely do not recommend this apartment. Choosing to live here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made, and renewing the lease was even worse. The building itself and the location are excellent, but everything else especially the management is a disaster. In just one year, I was trapped in the elevator twice (once with my infant), and there was never a single apology. The elevators break down constantly, leaving residents waiting endlessly in the mornings. When renewing the lease, the management team unilaterally changed my move-in date without notice or apology. I was overcharged on rent, and many of my messages went unanswered. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. Whenever residents gather, the conversations are full of complaints. But instead of fixing real problems, the management tries to distract people with meaningless events. As a foreigner, I cannot help but feel discriminated against, since my concerns have always been ignored. For your mental health and peace of mind, stay away from this place.
