  This complex borders on inhumane living conditions. I’ve never met staff less willing to help with issues, and clearly management does not care one bit about the place (just look at the trash mountains and rat colonies that decorate the area). The fact that anyone involved in the operations of the complex is allowed to continue being employed is an absolute disgrace to the housing industry.

  This people never answer the phone when you call for emegency when they pick up the phone talk to you like you are an animal the customer service is bad they are making the parking as reserved for you to pay them$120 per mounth im living there 10 years agosto i must to leave soon also mice are around like a zoo

  If i could I would give negative stars. I still cannot comprehend how management has access to ac units in each apartment. I called at the begging of this month to see why my AC unit wasn’t working and I was told that it’s not turned on and that they will turn it on at the end of the month. It’s currently 85 degrees fahrenheit in my apartment. Fans do not help. I’m frustrated because I’m the one at the end of the day paying my AC bill so why would I have to wait for the property to turn it on. I’ve lived in three other apartment complexes in the past and never have I ever had this done to me! For the amount of rent I pay for a three bedroom I should at the very least be able to control my AC unit.

  DO NOT move here, there is currently mice infestation in the apartments and management has not fixed the problem, keeps the hallways dirty, or tried to hire more professional pest control. The mice are in the hallway (see picture of 3 of them) and chew through ALL OF YOUR WALLS! There’s holes in bedrooms! The mice scratch and make noise all night. Mice are unsanitary and carry millions of bacteria and germs and breathing in their pee/feces is toxic to residents. Management does not care to clean up and doesn’t try to pay to hire stronger grade pest control or set traps. There is a huge overflow trash problem attracting big rats at the dumpsters outside to come inside, and management does not set traps or clean up the trash that piles over in the street. Please hire crew to pick up leftover trash, hire more professional and strong pest control, set up traps, and the hallways and main entryways should be cleaned at least 2-3 times a week. This is disgusting and a health and safety concern! Do not move here, it is not sanitary with the mice infestation.

  Yaritza R leasing agent is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Yaritza is rude to her coworkers and residents of Vista. She spits sunflower seeds all over her desk and laptop, which is disgusting and unhygenic. I have seen her be rude to her co-workers. When residents ask questions or need assistance, she is mean, unwilling to help, and has an attitude. Helping residents is an inconvenience to her rather than part of her role. She has a lack of responsiveness and takes her mood out on residents and coworkers. I hope there will be improvements in communication, professionalism, and overall resident support moving forward or resignment.
