  The management of this property is substandard. Issues include mouse infestations and lack of power, with management unable to meet residents' needs. Rents are increased regularly while essential amenities are neglected there is no heat, no hot water, and the elevator remains under construction.

  I initially was going to leave a good review because I hadn’t had any issues since moving here in July 2025. But lately they have been having a roach problem and there’s some in the hallways, laundry room, and I seen a roach crawling around in one of the washing machines. Today, I’ve seen two mice in the apartment which is gross. So I have to give 1 star due to the pest situation. It sucks they want to try to raise rents while tenants are uncomfortable in their own homes. They’ll have to step up and seal ALL entry points that the mice are entering in for me to change my mind about staying here. From the looks of it the only decent area within the building is the lobby. Also for some reason they think it’s acceptable to not have any ac when it’s 90 degree weather. Why are you waiting so late into spring time to switch over to ac??? I have to end up staying at my mom’s place because I didn’t want to burn up in the apartment and as a night shift work, I can’t get adequate sleep when it’s that hot during the day. Now it’s a hot, humid breeding ground for mold to build up within the ac unit. It’s definitely overpriced for what you get, charging 2026 prices for an outdated building built in the 60s. They don’t care about the issues with the building, they just sit and think of ways to collect more money from you. Then they increase the price to use laundry machines for no reason. That will start to add up after a while. My hard earned money should be going towards a better place that can provide and sustain basic services such as ac. Based on my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend this place. I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

  Thank you Keisha and Frey for always being so nice and helpful. We truly appreciate knowing that we have people who truly care and take care of us here I love it here never a problem in my opinion
