It’s not often that you experience genuinely great customer service, so when I do, I make it a point to acknowledge it. Joshua was absolutely amazing — professional, upbeat, knowledgeable, and very informative. He took his time explaining everything and made sure we felt comfortable asking questions. He completely sold us on what the community has to offer! I loved everything about the tour and the detailed information he provided. His energy and attitude were refreshing — definitely giving that Chick-fil-A level customer service! Keep up the great work, Joshua. It does not go unnoticed!
