- BFbritney fisherApr 24, 20261.0NEVER EVER LIVE HERE, please I’m begging you, live at a bus bench before you sign a lease here. Pumping heat when it’s 90 degrees out, towing cars lefts and right if they don’t pay for guest parking for so much as 5 minutes, front door that is never locked allowing anyone to break in, roaches in the kitchen, neighbors you can hear screaming upstairs, 7 layers of paint on every cabinet and wall that won’t allows anything to close or open, almost 1.5k ~before utilities~ a month for 390 sqft, front desk staff never there so you can never get packages or ask questions, and leasing office never responding to emails. Need I say more?!? I never write reviews, but seriously this building has been the bane of my existence and I’m counting down the minutes until I never have to be at this place again.
