Den una respuesta si nosotros somos residents Y nececitamos ayuda en algo no los ayudan hoy me tome la molestia de hir a la oficina por una Yale q nesecitava y no me kicieron ayudar y me dijeron q para darme una Yale tenia q darles 20 dolares por esa Yale I si uno esta pagando su renta es in justo q no lo ayuden de esa manera porq cuando uno pose ayuda en algo le toca pagar la Mano de obra a los de la oficina ay disculpen por aser este comentario pero me senti mal q no me quicieron ayudar espero una respuesta y una confirmacion de q haora si uno pide ayuda le toca pagar espero mi respuesta
- BPBrian ParadaJul 16, 20242.0Overall a good place to live in but there are a lot of pest in the complex in the main where there office is at there are rats and mice all over the house and there are at least 6-9 mice in my house you guys to to fix the pest problem.

She has met all our needs, has answered all our questions and been so kind and helpful through the entire process! The apartment was givin to us in a impecable condition and have zero complaints. Jorge takes a lot of pride maintaining the property and treats each apartment as his own. The building is old so it has its quirks that give each unit its own character Vs feeling like a cookie cutter building but the residents really bring the place to life. Next time I am in the Alexandria area this will be top of my list. -Ryan
