Jorge takes a lot of pride maintaining the property and treats each apartment as his own. The building is old so it has its quirks that give each unit its own character Vs feeling like a cookie cutter building but the residents really bring the place to life. Next time I am in the Alexandria area this will be top of my list. -Ryan
