They never answer the phone for an office that has office hours when you call it’s an off site call service. You have to walk down there for them to tell you to come back later. I call, get put on hold, the women never comes back to the phone. I’ve never in my life experienced an onsite office incapable of multitasking with more than one person in the office, they want to renovate the gym that mind you is not secured, they smoke weed and do drugs in there and there is no cameras and a better use of money would be to paint these hallways. This is a good place to live for the moment but as much as you pay in rent I assure you, you can go elsewhere. When it snowed they only did the front so by street view it looks like they did something mind you the people in the back properties were trapped in their homes for a week. Hire somebody that can multitask who can answer the phone and take tenants who live here request and concerns but yall more worried about getting people to move in here than take care of the people that live here. So yeah they gonna be all attentive and once you sign that lease it’s like hunting down someone that owes you money, I should not have to walk to the office every time when they have a PHONE.

OMG, where do I start? Let me start by saying that I am glad the lease will be ending soon. This place is unsafe and dirty. The kitchen sink grinder broke, and there was water backing in the sink from this. It took maintenance three months to fix it. The bathtub has clogged numerous times and still retains some water while taking a shower. The walls have been painted over so many times that when you close some doors, they stick, and it is hard to open. Doors screech when opening and closing, which may be caused by worn-out hinges. Trash dumpsters are always overflowing, and the recycling one is very small and always filled with regular trash. There is always someone in the laundry room who should not be there because they kick open the door. Have found people smoking, drinking, and smoking marijuana. This is just unacceptable for the amount they charge for rent. Nothing is ever done or implemented. There are mice, cockroaches, and birds that get in through an opening for the laundry steam exhaust tunnel and make noise while you are trying to sleep. Speaking of noise, my next-door neighbors don't when to turn the music down, and so I have had to call the police non-imergeny number a couple of times. And children come and knock on my door randomly, guess parents don't care to teach respect to their children. The community laundry room has had a leaky ceiling for months now, which is coming directly from the bathroom above. I will leave you with a picture since it is said that a picture is worth a thousand words.

Ketler is their corporate office, I called kettler to complained about them but their employees were really rude, the worst management ever I have seen as a corporate, living there means you throwing your money to water,
This is the worst leasing office and employees with rude manager I have ever faced in my life, I spent 1 year but I fell like I was in hell, my house has mouses, cockroachs, its smells, the maintenance was even more worse, I called on weekend for maintenance emergency and they show up after 2 days latter,
Every single maintenance issue you have to submit order at least 2 times.
The lady manager is always rude and attitude,
The first day they looks nice and as you sign the lease then you will see their attitude,They take security deposit and they will never refund.
Extemly bad experiance in my life,
