- NNNia3 days ago4.0I moved to The Aspen in March 2025. It’s been a great experience in a comfortable community. I go for a lot of walks and feel safe doing so. They offer a pool, sauna, gym, and a shuttle bus to and from Crystal City! The team is very helpful and has felt mostly welcoming. (Shoutout to Alexandra Sey for her helpfulness!) There have been frustrations with power outages in selected apartments. (mine included). However, they offered food downstairs while repairs were being made when the second scheduled one occurred. Food helped! My only suggestion would be turning down the sound of the building fire alarms. It turns on often and it’s very loud. 😭 I will keep living here if prices permit. It’s been pleasant.

The maintenance team is phenomenal; they respond immediately and repair things responsibly and efficiently. The management team is very attentive and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. Erl is always open to resolve any concerns and Alexandra was so helpful when we decided to move in. The building is clean, quiet, and the resident community is wonderful. Even my plants are happier, they love all the light they get! Here are some pictures of our view 😍! I highly recommend!

The maintenance staff is always responsive, kind, and dependable, and Earl is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares about the residents and the property. I feel safe here, which means everything, and my view is absolutely beautiful—it’s something I appreciate every single day. When I moved here four years ago, I was unsure where to live, but Aspen has become a home away from my home in Oklahoma. I’m grateful I chose this community and wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else.
