For more than half a year, the elevator situation has not been fixed — out of four elevators, usually only one is working. The boiler has also been a constant issue since the summer. It keeps breaking, leaving us without hot water again and again. Water shutoffs happen very often — in the past month alone it happened around three times, and during one of those outages there was no hot water for more than 24 hours. These shutoffs are almost always unexpected, and residents are only informed after the water is already off. On top of all that, there are cockroaches in the building, which makes the living conditions even worse. Overall, the management has not addressed these ongoing problems, and residents continue to experience constant inconvenience.
