The management of this property is substandard. Issues include mouse infestations and lack of power, with management unable to meet residents' needs. Rents are increased regularly while essential amenities are neglected there is no heat, no hot water, and the elevator remains under construction.
I initially was going to leave a good review because I hadn’t had any issues since moving here in July 2025. But lately they have been having a roach problem and there’s some in the hallways, laundry room, and I seen a roach crawling around in one of the washing machines. Today, I’ve seen two mice in the apartment which is gross. So I have to give 1 star due to the pest situation. It sucks they want to try to raise rents while tenants are uncomfortable in their own homes. They’ll have to step up and seal ALL entry points that the mice are entering in for me to change my mind about staying here. From the looks of it the only decent area within the building is the lobby. Based on my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend this place. Apply at your own risk.

I’ve lived here for about a year, and I’m officially done. I decided not to renew my lease, and honestly, I can’t wait to leave.
The apartments themselves look nice, but the management, leasing office, and staff are an absolute disaster. Hot water and heating get shut off almost every week like it’s normal. Elevators constantly break, there have been times when only one out of four elevators worked for months. Power outages also happen way too often.
Parking is another huge problem. In just one year of living here, my car was towed three times for no valid reason, and every single time no one took responsibility. Management just passes the blame and acts like it’s not their problem.
Packages go missing all the time, and no one cares. The office staff are rarely on time and are often not even at their desks during business hours. Getting any real help here is frustrating and exhausting.
I personally haven’t had direct safety issues, but I did witness a car in the apartment parking lot get all four wheels stolen and left sitting on bricks. That alone says enough.
What makes this even more disappointing is how management treats residents. It honestly feels like they don’t care because many people here are immigrants who don’t always complain or push back. Because of that, management seems comfortable being disrespectful and careless about the living conditions in this building.
I also took the time to read through past reviews and realized that residents have been complaining about the exact same issues for at least six years. It’s not hard to see that nothing is going to change here, so draw your own conclusions.
At the end of the day, it’s your choice, but I strongly do NOT recommend living here. I hope Southern Towers management eventually pays attention, but for me, moving here was easily one of the biggest mistakes I made in 2025.
