This place is top notch in everything… one thing I am most impressed about and that is how clean the trash shoot is. Never seen this in any place I lived at. That is impressive to me because I’m very clean and things like that matters to me. Everything was as expected. All the amenities are amazing and most of all very happy with my apartment. The Manager Mag so professional and caring of what I wanted and needed. She gave me a tour that sold me to this amazing place. Loved the staff. I’m finally satisfied in my new home. Thanks Mag!!!!

I usually mind my own business and take care of what I rent. The office staff are pretty easy going and helpful, they have always addressed my concerns in a respectable time frame. I had only one issue with maintenance but they were able to take care of it swiftly and respectfully which I appreciated. I never had an emergency thank goodness but overall the response of the staff is satisfactory. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon. If you’re looking for convenience, signature amenities, and quality life, I would say It’s a great place to call home for a while.

The building itself is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. - AMAlisa MyrickDec 15, 20231.0Be very careful, proceed with extreme caution & read ALL the fine print before signing and dealing with this outfit. Applied and provided the less than 72 hours notice of not proceeding further upon receiving their decision. Plus, THEIR documentation on THEIR letterhead clearly states that the $500 amenity fee was waived and yet they won’t honor this! After reading the recent and horrible reviews about the non working elevators & entry doors, frequent electricy outages, a ghost on the 3rd floor, parking issues, etc., etc, we paid a BIG price to learn a BIG lesson about ignoring first eyesight impressions. During our tour, there was no kitchen island as listed on their floor plan, then overgrown grass outside and an overall unkempt appearance in the back away from street view. We were outright lied to about the parking - told one thing verbally but yet there were different terms and an amount in their documents. Also the 2nd bedroom sliding opaque door didn’t appear sturdy. Never seen anything like it with no privacy. The obvious cosmetic issues were explained away as maintenance will repair them. We knew something was up because now suddenly in the last 2+ weeks, we’re getting emails advertising the apartments for $1,000 less monthly than we were quoted. BUYER BEWARE!
