  Property is nice and clean leasing specialist Karl & Magdalene was really professional..answered all my questions gave me and my family a great tour . Units have a great space nice views and friendly neighbors I planned on living here in the spring cannot wait ☺️

  I like it here. The shared spaces are usually clean. The location is walkable and convenient to metro transit. Staff is courteous and professional.

  I am not happy with my experience at the Sinclaire. I have been living here now for 6 months. Here are my top issues: 1. There are a few missing features in my 2-bedroom unit. In the kitchen there is no island or storage pantry. If there is no pantry, then you should accommodate with extra cabinetry. However, cabinet space is very limited. Very poorly designed layout. For both bathrooms there are no bathtubs just shower stalls. Also, neither bathroom has a medicine cabinet or towel rack. 2. The management team was abruptly replaced with a new management company. The previous management company was personable, attentive, and accessible when needed. The new staff are a bit elusive. The one person who I have seen a few times is Nina the leasing agent. She is the opposite of warm and friendly. She was extremely rude when I inquired about parking for visitors. She was hostile and could not give me basic information about pricing. Also, she will walk right by you without saying hello or acknowledging your presence. 3. Which leads me to one of many issues I have with living here. Parking —your guests have to pay to park. There is no complementary guest parking. Parking in general is overpriced for residents — $100 for a regular parking tag and $150 for a reserved tag. Also, the way they set up the parking garage is predatory— they marked the parking spaces closest to the door as reserved. The thing about it is residents share the garage with the public. So, whether you have a regular hang tag or a reserved one you are not likely to find a parking space on the first level that is close to the entry door. I really take issue with that because I pay for a reserved space but rarely find an open space during the day. In addition, what may not be clear until you actually live here, is how logistically and poorly conceived the garage and residential living spaces are. Because of where the garage is located and where you enter the building you will have to walk a long way to get to the lobby elevators that take you to your floor/unit. It literally is equivalent to walking 3 to 4 blocks. Imagine lugging groceries from the garage to your apartment on the seventh floor. During my short time here, there has been several incidents in the parking garage with break-ins and tires being stolen off vehicles. The management team has done nothing to curtail these issues - no night guard or security cameras. 4. Another issue I have is the cleaning crew doing the bare minimum. Considering the building is newly renovated the carpeting on the 7th floor hallway is heavily stained. I hear the cleaning person vacuuming, but I don’t understand why they will not spot clean or shampoo areas of the carpet that are dirty and stained. Gym unkept: Per the Moena/Asst. Comm. Mgr, staff clean the gym daily, but every time I go to the gym, it stinks, and the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped or swept. The yoga studio is very stinky and needs to be deodorized and mopped DAILY. 5. Lastly, I have complained about this with the previous management and now with the current— the outside area does not have any night-time lighting — which renders the spaces useless after dark. Forget about trying to use the grill for a late evening barbecue or sitting out by the fire pit. If had it to do all over again I would definitely have passed on the Sinclaire. I do not plan on renewing my lease.

  Zero star if I can change this rate to Zero. I scheduled a tour for Saturday and confirmed it with Rose the day before. When I got in there on time at 1PM there was nobody and their leasing office light was off. I waited an hour but NO ONE CAME. No one answered my calls. If you guys were not going to be there, why did you guys confirmed my appointment and made me come here? I came from a different state to see this property and you guys wasted my time without giving me any notice. Very unprofessional and thanks a lot for wasting my time!!

  I like the building I like the tour it was good experience and Rose Khoshnaw is very welcoming. I appreciate her good behavior and hard working.
