  Yalem and Cruz I had an excellent experience working with your leasing officer throughout the entire rental process. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They took the time to thoroughly show us the property, answer all of our questions, and ensure we understood every detail. What truly stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile.   this place has a amazing staff . when I was looking in the area for a place to call home temporarily for my job.this was one of my choices that day. I was working with a budget. Choice Seminary Towers because of the staff, Yalem H. helped me with a video walk/ pictures and was great to work with. this made my decision to move in. yes the property is older but they are working hard to keep up with this building. Joseph the building Manager Runs a tight ship and it shows. don't let me forget the maintenance staff they respond quickly to any problem. cons: share laundry and parking wishes:1- they had a bike room 2-transpertation to the metro like a shuttle in the Am & PM I have been here 4 months and would recommend this place do to the staff alone that what makes this place home.

  This place was my least favorite place to live, ever. I’ll start from the top. #1. This place is absolutely infested with German cockroaches. They are everywhere. When moving out I had to dump pretty much all of my small appliances because of it. They sent people to treat it sometimes but there was never any improvement. If anything it got significantly worse. They did not fumigate the apartments. They simply used a white powder in the kitchen cabinets. Which they give you about a weeks notice for (if that sometimes), to get your entire kitchen packed out to the dining room for them to do. Not to mention towards the end, gnats were everywhere #2. We had an issue where the ac leaked and soaked the carpet in the living room. They sent someone to fix it, who tore up the carpet, dried it with a fan over two days, and then, didn’t properly put the carpet back down. It had huge bumps and they left some of the wooden bits at the bottom of the wall on the floor with large nails sticking out of them. #3. The windows were extraordinarily difficult to close. #4. They have been casually increasing the rent over the past year. What started at 1700 a month for a 1 bedroom shot up to almost 2200 in the span of a year. For a one bedroom. With a HEAVY roach infestation. The pros, is that the front desk people were always very nice. But do not move here unless you are willing to live with an exorbitant amount of roaches. It was so, so bad. I absolutely hated every minute of living here. Every single minute. Do not live here unless you are ready for a lot of issues. It is bad.
