The office was only supposed to send the final utilities, but instead they added an unexplained $945 charge, and even the utilities for 13 days were extremely overcharged. We tried contacting them many times and received no response. Very unprofessional. New residents should double-check their bills. We had many issues while living in this building. Besides the incorrect and unexplained charges on our final bill, the building itself has several ongoing problems that management never fixed. There were cockroaches, mice

- BQBritni QualkenbushSep 17, 20251.0If I could leave this apartment complex a zero star I would. It was the worst place I have lived in the DMV. I had roaches crawling everywhere and mice. I killed 13 mice in one week. They have pest control come once a week and all they did was put the poison blocks and left. Management only cares about money. They would use my deposit for other things and then tell me I had to pay it again because I used it. And every time I tried to explain what happened they didn’t listen. Elevators were always broken and took months to fix. There were always false fire alarms, where it would go off and we wouldn’t leave the apartment because we knew it was false. My first month of living there, my floor flooded and they didn’t even really mention what happened or anything. The AC rarely worked well, and they waited till the last day that they had to turn it on. Even though many people complained due to the heat getting out of control. I lived here just because it was the best I could at the time, but DO NOT LIVE HERE. All the good reviews are bs and management only cares for a certain amount of people.

Because everything is going down here but the leasing prices are going up. 1st: No one deep cleans the carpets of each floor. That's why each floor walkway stinks. 2nd: No cleaning of the Windows from outside, ever. 3rd: Each apartment is full of Roaches and some even Mice. No one in charge cares about the building. 4th: The Vending Machines downstairs work 1 day and are out of order 5 more days of the week. 5th: Some packages are getting returned by the front disk and some are getting stolen and the residents don't even get a confirmation of receiving their packages from front desk employees. 6th: We are paying for the parking now and still there is no parking for us. Because everywhere is the PANGO signs. MASSAGE: The owner, the manager of the building, whoever in charge. If the residents are loyal living here. Please be loyal and give them a good environment of living. Not to Mock them with some Pool parties and those kinda stuff. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
