Elevators are always dirty! That might sound budget friendly building but at the end of the month, you waste your money on rent and utilities because there is always something. The worst experience I’ve ever had,

Kim greeted me and was kind enough to take me to multiple buildings to tour apartments. She was very professional and friendly and apologized about the other buildings being closed. The only reason I didn’t rent was the sq footage was too small for the 1 bedroom units with washer and dryer.

The office was only supposed to send the final utilities, but instead they added an unexplained $945 charge, and even the utilities for 13 days were extremely overcharged. We tried contacting them many times and received no response. Very unprofessional. New residents should double-check their bills. We had many issues while living in this building. Besides the incorrect and unexplained charges on our final bill, the building itself has several ongoing problems that management never fixed. There were cockroaches, mice
