  Ivan gave me my tour and was easy to talk to and work with. the place overall offers good size spaces and at a fair price for the size with good amenities.

  Living here is not worth the stress of an incompetent leasing office. Recent resident feedback includes “recent office staff seems particularly clueless”, recent renters beware! They will tell you to wait a week to apply, that it needs approval from a property manager. What they don’t tell you, is that there is no property manager and they were trying to hire one. What they also don’t tell you, is that the apartment you got approved to transfer to will be leased out to someone else in the meantime (Renter of Unit 1111, I hope your red flags were raised after being asked to change the unit you applied for!). Don’t let them fool you. I loved my tour and the people I spoke to, and then I moved in. The experience with the property manager and leasing agents is what pushed us to seriously consider buying property farther away rather than continuing to rent here. Front desk concierge is always amazing, but the leasing office especially constantly rotating property managers make it extremely difficult to work with them. If you’ve lived here, this isn’t surprising, as I have yet to actually see a property manager on site, especially more than a handful of times. The kettler team at LOT does not live up to any other experience we have had with Kettler at other buildings, and is dream crushing when they leave you homeless after doing everything possible to start the transfer process. The MAA Carlyle next door is priced better, better amenities, and better leasing office.

  This a decent building that suffers from extremely poor management. The front driveway to the building has been closed off for a drainage problem for over 10 months since last spring, and the ADA elevator in the lobby has also been out of service for about the same amount of time. For 9+ months, Kettler has blamed their contractors for their EXTREMELY slow response to these issues. Despite it taking 9+ months for them to even start on any construction. They're choosing to put repairs off and go with cheap slow contractors, leaving residents with limited access for close to a YEAR. Check out other google reviews complaining of the same problem literally 9 months ago. Also notice that many of the 5 star reviews come from people who only toured the building. This review will stay posted until these issues are actually fixed. I do not wish to be contacted with more excuses.

  I had a fantastic experience touring the apartment with Jennifer! She was incredibly professional from the moment we met — friendly, organized, and truly knowledgeable about the property. She took her time walking me through every detail, answering all my questions thoroughly, and making sure I understood all the features and options available. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. I left the tour feeling confident and excited, thanks to her outstanding service.   I have a lot to say, but for now, I would like to share 5 things with you. 1. If you are planning to move and have requested the tour, make sure to apply for your unit right away because the next day or two, they will increase the rent price by $300~500. 2. You can hear everyone in the hall and their conversation. If you like quiet space, this won't be the place for you. 3. This is not a luxury apartment as it states. You will need to make a lot of maintenance requests when you move in. They don't have a 24-hour concierge. By 11 p.m., no one is around. Also, one of the elevators has an issue with the first-floor button. 4. Again, it is hard to believe that it is a luxury apartment when they have to call and set days for building maintenance by floors instead of units, and when they do not provide alternative hours or have a stretch—never heard of this type of service being part of "luxury" or "renter friendly". This is my 8th apartment, and never in my life have I felt such a strong desire to move out. 5. You can only leave your small recyclable cardboard package in the floor dumpster area. If you shop a lot, it gets tiring to go down to the first floor every time you want to throw away your boxes. ** Front Desk is amazing. They are friendly, and they help you with what you need. A full package.
