  Worst place to possibly move in. They withhold your holding deposit and refuse to return it even after multiple emails and calls. Theyll tell you they’ll call you back but never do. Management is extremely poor with no sense of integrity especially Ashley at leasing. After being told through text I’d be receiving it they ignore and will not reply to emails or anything more. Honestly I’m glad it wasn’t approved because truthfully this goes to show a lot about the property and management . To be told the accounting department is backed up isn’t any of my business. My business is my money owed and communication leads to understanding this was handled poorly. I’ve never had to deal with this type of bs before. I’ve been waiting for me refund since 1-18-26 we are now in march this unacceptable.

  The rent prices aren't too bad given the area and the amount of square footage you get in whatever apartment you decide to rent. However, I feel like those are the only two good things about this building. Also seems like there's building wide issues with irrigation since water seems to go out every other month. There's not balance in water temps, you either get freezing cold or searing hot, no in between. AC/heating also breaks down frequently too. Furthermore, the last two months I have been being charged an extra 50 bucks a month for "Renter's Insurance Recovery" since November. Even though my renter's insurance policy is still in effect, and the management office has made it impossible to rectify this issue. The one time I did manage to see the property manager I was told to send an email instead of just talking to me face to face. Said property manager also made me feel like a burden just for trying to address these charges. Overall I would only recommend renting from here if you don't have any other options. Not many tenants are that friendly here either.

  Absolutely RIDICULOUS. do not move here. The heat is off and on everyday, when it is freezing outside. We have reported this issue continuously and get told it’s because of a pipe issue. How can a pipe issue lead to it turning off and almost the same time everyday?. CLEARLY it’s a lie and they are doing this on purpose. horrible apartment building, and almost everything is broken and needs constant maintenance -0/10.

  I was looking for a place for myself and I am extremely sick of the place I currently live in. Ashley helped me with a great tour in Ashlawn, she is calm and very patient. She is one of the reasons I applied here.
