I would give a 0 or negative start if I could. The property has gone down the hill ever since the new management took charge. Unfortunately, the price did not. Not only the rent, but they have a well-hidden utilities fee that will add up to be an unprecedented fare to live in this place. Just ask how it works, and trust me, they will tell you they do not know the exact because its a third party but they will try to assure you that it is metered. I am not sure how you can meter trash, but do your due diligence and ask the right question. They will change their answer and say its by occupancy. Have trash or No trash at all for the month,
Because you have been out on vacation or a business trip, you will have a hefty bill. Their trash compactor breaks down every month, Guess who will pay the cost for the repair
or an extra compactor placed? Stay away from this place.

We've been living here for four months and some unpleasant things have happened to us. First and foremost, there are people who pretend to be neighbors and come around 11 pm to 12 am knocking on your door saying they've had some kind of accident and want you to give them money. And be careful if you believe them because they will come back to bother you more times. We normally don't open the door to anyone we don't know, but we opened it on that occasion because we thought someone was going to pick up a package that had been left at our door. Secondly, regarding lost packages, the package delivery service is very BAD; packages are left in the middle of hallways, and packages are stolen or delivered to the wrong addresses.
The apartments are already a bit worn out, which you don't see when they show you around because they only show you the model unit, and you only see your actual apartment on the day you get the keys. We had problems with the sinks; they were broken and old, and even the bathroom was dirty, as if someone had already used it. Many things are broken or don't work, but the maintenance staff just tell you they can't do anything or that the office will charge you for anything they replace or fix, and that they'll come whenever they feel like it.
