  Out of all properties I have lived in the WVC area this one is well maintained. They have their grounds very cleaned and their apartments are really nice. The office ladies the moment you walk in are polite and always available to help. It’s nice to experience the welcoming treatment every time I go in. I see that not like many offices they have someone that helps Hispanics that are not able to communicate in English, as well another one really puts her effort to speak Spanish as much as she can. All ladies are great! Thank you for making my move such an easy and pleasant journey.

  I’ve lived at Shadowbrook Apartments for a while now and honestly it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe, which really makes it easy to feel at home here. The management team is friendly, professional, and always responsive whenever something comes up. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which is something I really appreciate. The apartments themselves are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with good natural light and a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are always kept neat, and there’s a real sense of pride in the property. Overall, Shadowbrook Apartments has exceeded my expectations. It’s a great place to live, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed, and pleasant community.

  La atención en la oficina en especial la chica que habla Español de este complejo de apartamentos ha sido muy decepcionante. En varias ocasiones hemos recibido un trato grosero y poco profesional por parte del personal, lo cual hace difícil resolver cualquier situación. Entendemos que todos pueden tener días complicados, pero el respeto al residente debería ser prioridad. Esperamos que la administración tome cartas en el asunto y mejore el trato hacia quienes vivimos aquí.

  My thermostat wasn't working, so I went to the office and told them. Someone came over the next day while I was at work and fixed it. Now I can have heat in my apartment when needed.
