  Great place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. I especially want to recognize the maintenance supervisor Abraham , who does an outstanding job. He is responsive, professional, and makes sure everything gets fixed quickly and correctly. It’s reassuring to have someone so dedicated taking care of the property. He is always Focus , responsable and remember the issues to getting fix Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

  Nothing bad to say. Great place to live peacefully. Abraham and Richard are excellent people and workers.

  I’ve lived at Sunset Ridge Apartments for several years and haven’t had a single issue with management or the maintenance team. Special thanks to Abraham — a top-notch guy: good-looking, friendly, helpful, and very professional.

  I love Hillary Murchison with Sunset Ridge. She is always so kind and professional and treats everyone so fair. She works tirelessly for all the residents, and 10/10 would recommend Hillary and Sunset Ridge Apartments!

  It has been a very pleasant experience living in this apartment complex. Although the management has changed several times, most of the employees have remained, especially in the maintenance department. The girl in the office is very kind, and I have felt very good about the treatment I’ve received. Richard, the maintenance gentleman, is always willing to help, has a good sense of humor, and I’ve always seen him working in the apartments. The maintenance supervisor is new compared to Richard , his name is Abraham and I really like him because he is very friendly, always smiling, and has an excellent presence. Even though you see him working all day, he is always clean and well groomed. In addition, it usually takes no more than two days for them to respond to and resolve any request. They have been six wonderful years. Thank you very much
