However, they could not keep their promises and work per blueprint. Every house is different even if it is the same plan and same framing. Like how? It is not even custom and those equipments are standards. They clearly use low experience sub-contractors to maximize their profits and do not care about quality and or customer experiences. Edit: After going back and forth with Toll Brothers, they make everything right. Addressed all of the concerns and go above and beyond - change from 1star to 5stars
