- EAEmy AlfaroMar 27, 20261.0Avoid this apartment complex at all costs, they towed my fiancé’s truck we were visiting a family member and we parked less than an hour to the visitor parking lot, they charged us $260 for less than an hour, we had to wait on the towing parking lot for an hour. Such an upsetting experience.
- KWKelsey WalkerMar 25, 20261.0One of the worse apartments I’ve been at. The maintenance takes a long time to reply and even when they do it’s never done right. They advertise the pool but in the 9 months I’ve been here the pool has not been opened ONCE. I personally feel it’s extremely misleading to advertise it but always have “the pool is closed” sign up 24/7. Along with that, no explanation, reasoning, or updates on why or where it’s at to tenants. The parking sucks and they’ve changed it twice now. One of my friends got towed and they just said oh oops that wasn’t supposed to happen and acted like it didn’t matter even though they couldn’t get to work and then had to pay to get their car back and couldn’t be reimbursed until next rent since they just deducted it from my monthly. Extremely poor communication and poor service. Would not recommend unless it’s a last resort type of situation
