  We moved into this complex in 2022 and moved out in 2025. The only reason we stayed so long was because it was all we could afford. But to anyone wanting to lease here, DO NOT DO IT! We had so many issues with this place. Bad management, maintenance was horrible and took weeks to come fix anything. We dealt with leaks in our closet and lost some of our stuff, had mold, cockroaches, etc. It was a horrible experience and I'm so glad we got out. Trust me these apartments are not worth it!

  If I could give this place a zero I would these are the worst apartments you could ever live in. They take all your money they never get back to you when you need a repair. They don’t care at all about the people living there they just want your money. Shitty apartments with shitty owners for this shitty economy.

  Callaway is a great place to live. There is plenty of parking, a gym, basketball court, 2 pools and some grills. The apartments themselves are small but cozy and perfect for a family of 3 or even a single person. Rent is reasonable and the utilities are cheap. The location is close to jordan landing and bangeter highway. There are also a lot of good food places and a smiths nearby. All of the matinance and office staff are great especially Jessica. The only downside was that there were some troublemakers in building 7 but they left us alone after the office got involved. The only reason we left Callaway was because we needed to be closer to work and school. The move out fees aren't bad as long as you clean and keep everything orderly. Thanks for a great experience Callaway.
