We had a life-changing opportunity that required us to move to the other side of the U.S., and we were scrambling to figure out what to do with our property. That’s when Paul came in. At the time, we were just evaluating our options and wanted to understand what the rental process would look like. Paul walked us through every detail and was very clear at every step. He was also honest, which we truly appreciated. We decided to go with his team and have zero regrets. The communication has been open and frequent. Any issues or concerns that come up, he lets us know right away. His team has been very easy to work with in every matter we’ve needed to address.
