However, we felt there we many instances where they favored the tenants over the owners. Our management agreement called semin-annual full inspections. These only happened if and when we requested them and sometime not even then. When we moved back into the property we were advised that it would be our responsibility to complete the final property inspection with the tenant and it would be our responsibility to refund the deposit to tenant. This was advised by their lawyers. Is this not what our monthly management fees were paying for? If we need property management again, we will try someone else.
