It was seamless and when or if a problem came up, they were always available to help me get the issue resolved. This was the second new home I built in 4 years and this experience was a millions times better than my previous building experience. Have been in the home for three years now and have had no major issues. Can’t recommend Oakwood homes and Madison highly enough
