- BSbh saMay 11, 20251.0We reached out to Toll brothers at West lake Vistas, Salt lake City. The homes are minimalistic and even small features are called "upgrades" and they charge outrageously high for these homes! And guess what? These homes are next to a cattle farm and the dung smell keeps wafting throughout the community! The sales agent are so rude and arrogant. If they behave this way towards prospective customers , I wonder what they would do to people who already bought the home and are helpless. I would never go to Toll brothers again with such disgusting sites, contract terms and agents!!!! Don't waste your money by buying here!!
